- Include all the original accessories, tags, and documents that came with the product.
- Affix the RMA number (if provided) on the package and send it to the designated return address provided by our customer support team.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without any signs of usage, damage, or tampering.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return/exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Refunds:
